“Auriole Parish who became “Oily” in our family worked for us for nearly a year, decorating and interior designing our West London house. From the first meeting I knew I had met the person who understood that I wanted this to be “my home with my ideas” but I did need a translator and I know other friends of mine who became clients also agree with me, that this what Oily is brilliant at. She is so talented but with ears that respects the client’s taste. From the professional quality of her team and the type of person she chooses, they are all a pleasure to have around, and with a young family living in the house while the works were taking place, we also had a lot of fun amongst the chaos of paint pots, ladders, machines, etc! The finish is immaculate in my house and the wallpapering incredible. Oily’s eye is extraordinary and I have since bought pieces of art from her plus now I am longing for an outdoor mural I have always wanted her to do, inspired by her upbringing in Kenya. I don’t how she does it all but she is a one off in London with her gorgeous nature, honesty & amazing prices, and so busy now my friends have grabbed her that who knows when I can ever get her back to help! ”
